As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning and delivery of account activities and programs, ensuring the quality delivery of projects on budget and schedule. With the opportunity for growth and progression within the role, you will have the chance to contribute to the expansion of the client portfolio and maximize financial control on the programs you manage.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.

  • Create and manage working project plans to ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop and critique briefs, presentations, and copy aligned with project objectives.

  • Understand program and account key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure project objectives support them.

  • Provide input to the account's growth, contributing ideas and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

  • Accurately estimate and reconcile project invoicing, ensuring comprehensive and accurate estimates.

  • Lead internal planning meetings and delegate work appropriately to team members.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for program delivery.

  • Engage with opinion leaders appropriately, briefing them in line with program objectives and managing their expectations.

  • Support business development efforts, including research, brainstorming, and proposal development.
